I am a strategic thinker with extensive experience developing businesses, with the proven ability to deliver financial and operational performance improvements in local and international business sectors. I am a change expert with innovative ideas to influence and effectively drive value, revenue and profitable growth in the private, public sector and service organisations.

 

During the previous 30 years I was involved in productivity improvement, strategy and change interventions in more than 500 companies.  These interventions consisted of the development and implementation of company strategies, business model design and implementation, business re-engineering, the implementation of management planning and control systems and the development of management competencies and leadership skills.

 

The previous 15 years I was involved in numerous new business development projects where the primary objectives were the development and implementation of business models and business plans, as well as the development of entrepreneurs’ management competency and leadership skills sets.
